SoftShirts Return Policy 

All returns must be made within 21 days of receiving the order with a completed return form. Returns will be completed within 7 business days of receiving items. 

If there is no notice given in regards to unsatisfactory or defective items within 21 days of the date received, the order will be deemed accepted as expected in good condition. 

Defective goods will be inspected using reasonable and appropriate judgement. If we discover that the items have been misused, neglected, stored improperly, or have not been used in accordance with the written handle and care instructions, we will not accept the return or issue any type of reimbursement. 

SoftShirts will honor the following exchange options: 

1. Swap for an item of equal value.

2. Return for store credit equal to the value of the order placed.

3. Replacement of damaged or defective goods. 

4. Swap for a smaller or larger size. 

Restocking Fee

All orders are subject to a $15 restocking fee.  

Orders over $200 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

This fee covers the cost of inspection, counting items in, and returning items to their location. 

Samples

We encourage all new customers to take advantage of our one time sample code so that you can become familiar with the product and see the quality of SoftShirts! This code will allow you to order 1 item free of charge. Any additional sample orders will need to be purchased through your SoftShirts Wholesale account. 

Disclaimer

SoftShirts is not responsible for any decoration costs or reprinting costs. This includes Screen Printing, Direct to Film, Direct to Garment, Transfers, or Embroidery. 

Customers are held responsible for the inspection of orders before being decorated. Any items that are decorated, washed, or relabelled are non-refundable. We encourage all of our customers to check all orders directly or have your decorator check them in. 

We understand that mistakes can happen. For this reason we encourage you to check the order received against the invoice and packing lists. If there are any discrepancies we are happy to correct the order, however we need to ensure that this happens before the decoration/printing process.
